Risks, threats and mechanisms of management systems ESG-transformation

Purpose: the article aims at justification and identification of factors hindering effective implementation management systems ESG-transformation, taking into account new risks threats to sustainable development, substantiation mechanisms that ensure its implementation.Methods: along with traditional methods scientific analysis, interdisciplinary approach typical for study development problems diagnosis key associated ESG-transformation systems, carried out a review literature, used various rating models, regulatory documents guidelines corporate social responsibility diagnostics ESG-factors.Results: performed managed unmanaged identified trends in managerial personnel competencies carry such transformation, disclosed features achieving goals. The essence author's position is order achieve any goals, two mandatory conditions must be met: ensuring interaction between state, business civil society applying an integrated considering economic, environmental aspects reflect specifics.?onclusions Relevance: proposed makes it possible develop scientifically based tools minimizing goals on systems.
